Why is my first name appearing in the review?

When your review is published, your first name is displayed by default.

It's because of how you have saved your first and last name on the Profile page that your first name appears on it

We are unable to make changes to a review once it has been published. On the Profile Page, you may always change how your name is saved and write a new review.
