The main purpose of the wallet is to make the refund process quicker and easier for all. You can utilize the credit in your wallet to place an order from any takeaway of your choice. When an order is canceled by the takeaway, you will have the option to choose if you want the refund credited to your wallet or your card. If you select wallet, you will receive an instant credit for the order amount. If you select a card, the refund will be initiated to your card directly and can take between 3 to 5 working days to reach you.

You can find the wallet option by clicking on the drop-down  on the top right corner of the website next to your name.

Foodhub Wallet on the Mobile APP

You can find the wallet option by clicking on three horizontal bars  on the top left corner of the app. 

 To pay using your wallet, choose the wallet option on the cart under the payment options while checking out.
