If you’ve been charged twice, don’t worry — the duplicate payment will usually be refunded to your account automatically within 3–5 business days.
To check, log in to your Foodhub account and go to ‘Reorder tab.’
If you see two orders, it means the order was placed twice. In that case, please contact the restaurant to cancel one of them.
If there’s only one order, the second payment was likely a duplicate, and your bank will refund it automatically.

Why does this happen?
Duplicate charges can occasionally occur due to internet or server issues during checkout. These are known as "shadow payments" — they show as pending and usually get reversed shortly after.
