Payment deducted Twice / I can see Duplicate Transaction.

If this happens, your bank will usually notify you and process a refund within their standard time frame.

If you don’t receive the refund, please contact your bank for more details.

To check your order:
  1. Log in to your account and view your Order History
  2. If only one order appears, the extra charge will be refunded automatically.
  3. If there are duplicate orders, please contact the takeaway or reach out to us on Live Chat for assistance in cancelling and processing a refund.
