Order was not delivered.

If your order was not delivered, it may be due to the takeaway physically closing their premises for the day and not updating their website. Please drop us an email, and we will look into it for you and arrange for a refund (if applicable).

An order may not be delivered due to various reasons.

Postcode Issue

Refund if the takeaway decides not to deliver to a certain postcode after receiving the order. It can be cancelled.  If the order is paid for, it will be refunded to your bank account within 3-5 business days.

Takeaway Closed

If the order is placed on the website and the takeaway is closed, it cannot be delivered. If the order is paid for and we have confirmed that the takeaway is closed or do not receive a response from the takeaway, the payment will be refunded to your bank account within 3 - 5 business days.

No Delivery Drivers

Once the order is placed and if the takeaway is running short of drivers, the takeaway may reach out to the customer and offer to have the order collected. The delivery charge, if any, will be refunded once the order is collected.

Order missed (or) not received by the takeaway

Sometimes, a takeaway may fail to accept the order on time. Hence, you might not receive the order status or confirmation. This might happen when the order is not forwarded to takeaway due to connectivity issues or a technical glitch. We request that you reach out via live chat if you do not receive an order confirmation.


Please note: All orders that have been cancelled (if paid) will be refunded to your bank account within 3-5 business days.
