Order got cancelled, so I need a refund!

You can cancel your order before the takeaway accepts it. Just go to your order details and cancel it there.

If the order is accepted, you’ll need to contact the takeaway directly to request a cancellation. You can find their contact details under "VIEW INFO" at the top right corner of their website.

A takeaway may cancel your order if an item is out of stock, they’re closed, or the driver can’t reach you. If that happens and you’ve already paid, you’ll receive a refund.
