How do I request a refund?

  • If you need a refund, you can submit the request directly through the Foodhub app under Orders.
  • Refunds are usually processed back to your Foodhub Wallet or the card used, depending on the payment method.

If you’d like an update or further assistance, just open Live Chat in the Foodhub app or you could submit your request by clicking on Add ticket and our team will be happy to help.
