How do I leave a review for the takeaway on the Foodhub website/App?

How to Leave Feedback on a Previous Order via the Foodhub Website or App

  1. Log in to your Foodhub account through the website or mobile app.
  2.  Once logged in, locate and click on the ‘Reorder’ button:
  3.  On the website, you’ll find it at the top right corner of the page.
  4.  On the app, it will be located at the bottom of the screen.
  5. You’ll see a list of your past orders. Select the order you’d like to leave feedback for.
  6. Click or tap on the ‘Feedback’ option next to the order.
  7. A ‘Give Us Feedback’ pop-up window will appear.
  8. Fill in the feedback form with your comments or suggestions.
Once done, click ‘Send Feedback’ to submit it.Your feedback helps improve the service and supports restaurants in delivering a better experience!
