How to Leave Feedback on a Previous Order via the Foodhub Website or App?
Log in to your Foodhub account via the website or mobile app.
Once logged in, find and click the ‘Reorder’ button:
On the website, it's located at the top right corner.
On the app: you'll find it at the bottom of the screen.
You’ll see a list of your past orders.
Choose the order you want to leave feedback for and click or tap the ‘Feedback’ option next to it.
A “Rate your order” pop-up will appear.
Fill in the form with your comments or suggestions.
Click ‘Send Feedback’ to submit.
