⭐ How to Leave Feedback on a Previous Order via the Foodhub Website or App?
🔐 Log in to your Foodhub account through the website or mobile app.
🔍 Once logged in, locate and click on the ‘Reorder’ button.
🖥️ On the website, it’s at the top right corner of the page.
📱 On the app, it’s at the bottom of the screen.
📋 You’ll see a list of your past orders. Select the order you want to leave feedback for.
📝 Click or tap on the ‘Feedback’ option next to the order.
🖼️ A “Rate your order” pop-up window will appear.
✍️ Fill in the feedback form with your comments or suggestions.
📤 Once done, click ‘Send Feedback’ to submit it.
