How do I contact Foodhub customer service?

The quickest way to get support is through the Foodhub app or website.


Using the Foodhub Website:

  1.  Log in to your account.

  2.  Click on the ‘More’ option in the top right corner.

  3.  Scroll down, click ‘More’ again, and select ‘Support’.

  4.  From there, you can access our Help Centre or connect to Live Chat for real-time assistance.


Using the Foodhub App:

  1.  Log in to your account.

  2.  Tap on the ‘More’ option at the bottom of the screen.

  3.  Scroll down, tap ‘More’ again, and choose ‘Support’.

  4.  This will take you to the Help Centre or give you the option to chat with us live.
